Outfit of the day :: Bright colors :: Brusselicious XXL

Hello Everyone!

I hope you had a great weekend ;)

In this post I want to show you pictures from Brussels Royal Park which has amazing open air exposition called Brusselicious XXL or BXXL, which represents 35 giant hand painted sculptures of 5 meters long based on 5 typical Belgian emblematic products : Brussels sprouts, chocolate, mussels and waffles, beer and giant french fries. All of them were decorated, customized and originally represented by different talented artists.
This exposition is ending in september and, after it's finished, all of those pieces of art can be bought by those who desire.
For example, on this picture, you can see original metamorphosis of french fries made with buildings packed into the map of Brussels.

Later I will show you more of the exposition, and now, lets talk about my outfit...

I was wearing bright and comfortable look, which I would personally consider quite casual but still elegant.

It was such a lovely and bright day that I actually felt happy about the coming of the autumn.

This Valentino Bag is one of my favorites, I particularly love it's charming shape and design.

I added some bright accessories to spice up the look :)

...this skirt is so lovely! I found it while in England and it looks like a painting by Mondrian.

...and of course my favorite shoes, which are so comfortable and bright!

Ok let me show you some more of the exposition :
On this picture a stork brings a huge Brussels sprout into the city, and by this, it's bringing new hope and brighter future.

I look so small next to this thing :)

It's so impressive to see this giant beer monument which is 5 meters high. Belgium is famous for a great variety of different types of beer and this monument made beer - the Queen of Belgium, because it's internationally known as a turner of the heads! :) So, this particular work of art gave to the beer the  honors it deserves and awarded it with the title of Miss Belgium. :)

This piece of art is created by Sébastien Boucherit and Jérôme Desert. It's a representation of different types of legs : feminine, masculine, thiner and fuller looking and all of them the artists have put into one and same pot of fashion...

Here is a very big and funny mussel. As you probably know Belgian delicious speciality are mussels and fries.

Here the giant Brussels sprout is represented as a shining light protecting the vision of gastronomy and culture.

Amazing birds were wondering around in the park...:)

A big green planet is invaded by industrial buildings whose pipes planted into it seem to pump out all the energy. But the force of nature prevails.

It was very interesting exposition, a little bit ironic, a little bit funny, but definitely original :) I liked.

I believe I can fly... :)

Thank you very much for reading, have a great day and talk soon ;) xo's
